eBay Frequently Asked Questions

BIDDING

Who is allowed to place an order?

Anyone 18 years of age or older who does not have a past delinquent history with our company or other eBay sellers are welcome to place an order. Buyers under the age of 18 must have the permission of the account holder before placing any bid or order with our company. Any person not using an account that is registered in his/her name, must have the account owner's permission to access and use the account. Buyer's who reside in a country not serviced by USPS are not welcome to bid on items from our company.

I won an item but no longer want it? What should I do?

Buyers automatically enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if they win the online auction or use the Buy It Now feature. eBay's Unpaid Item policy requires buyers to pay the seller for the items that they commit to purchase. Sellers can file an Unpaid Item dispute with eBay for each of their items that are purchased but not paid for. eBay will issue a strike on the account of the buyer who does not honor their obligation to pay (unless the buyer and seller mutually agree not to complete the transaction). If a buyer gets too many strikes in too short a time period, their account will be suspended indefinitely. In some cases, limits may be placed on the buyer’s account in advance of suspension.

Examples:

Connor looks for a grill on eBay and places a bid. After winning the item he realizes that shipping the item will cost him more than he is willing to spend. He decides not to send payment and simply ignore the invoices that he receives. Connor has violated the Unpaid Item policy.

Sarah is new to eBay and is just browsing. Excited by all the great deals that she is finding, she starts placing bids and using Buy It Now on every item that catches her eye. She doesn’t realize that she’s just purchased many of those items and is obligated to pay for them. If she chooses not to pay for the items she is in violation of eBay’s Unpaid Item policy.

Colin is looking for a new boat. He finds many models that he would be very happy with and places a bid on over a dozen boats in hopes that he’ll stay the high bidder and win a boat. Colin ends up winning two boats and pays for the one that he really likes. By not paying for the second boat, Colin is violating the Unpaid Item policy.

I want to order multiple items? Is there any shipping discount if I order more than one item?

You are more than welcome to take advantage of our discounted shipping rates offered for buyers who purchase more than one item from us during a 5 day period. In order to take advantage of those rates, buyers must make one single payment for all of their items at one time. In order to do so, please email us upon completion of your purchasing to request a combined invoice. You may also use the “Pay Now” button from the LAST item you won. eBay should list all items you have won, along with the discounted shipping rate. Please double-check the invoice before completing payment to make sure your discount has been applied to your shipping rates.

Our combined item shipping policy is as follows:

Domestic (US) & Canadian Customers: Full price shipping for first or greatest item and 50% off the posted rates on each additional item(s) purchased

International Customers: Full price shipping for first or great item and 25% off the posted rates on each additional item(s) purchased

I want to add an item to my order? Can you add the item to my invoice?

If you would like additional items, you will need to bid and win those items from your eBay account. eBay will not allow us as a seller to simply add items or quantities to your invoice. They require the buyer to bid and win each auction(s) under their User ID. We will be happy to combine all your items for shipping once you have won all items. Please make sure that you do not pay for any items won until all your items have ended with you as the winning bidder. At that time, you can request an invoice from us through Checkout or complete Checkout through the last item you won, which should provide you with a combined item shipping discount on your invoice.

I want to order more items but have already completed paid for my previous items?

Once Checkout has been completed and payment has been completed, we can no longer add more items to your order. You will need to begin a new order for any additional items you would like to purchase.

FEEDBACK

When will you leave feedback for my transaction?

Your feedback is a key indicator of our performance and we always welcome it. However, with growing concerns for privacy protection, we have found that some buyers do not want us to leave feedback for them as it displays on their feedback profile information about their transaction with our company that some buyers prefer to not make public. For this reason, we ask that any buyer who wishes to receive feedback for us please initiate feedback first. This is a sign to us that the buyer wants to receive feedback for his/her transaction. We will promptly issue feedback to any buyer who initiates feedback. We do ask that you make an effort to email us before you leave negative or neutral feedback. Almost all "negative" situations can be corrected with a simple email.
